Dan Moscrop

Dan has worked in the design industry for 15 years, cutting his teeth with the branding of the Edinburgh Film Festival, he went on to work for several agencies working on key brands such as Orange, Trinity Mirror and Granada. He went on to work in-house at Getty Images developing the Taxi brand- increasing revenue 5 fold. Dan established Them five years ago which has rapidly gained recognition as one of London's most exciting creative agencies.

Dan has a talent for getting the best out of every project, he is obsessed by typography and could happily tweak a logo for days until he deems it perfect.

Dan has won several awards during his time as a designer including the highly respected New York Art Directors Award.

Gill Goodby

Gill leads the team on Client Services/Business Development. She's spent the past 12 years providing strategic direction and delivering multi-media, tactical and brand campaigns for charity and commercial clients. Before joining us, she managed WPN's charity portfolio which included Oxfam, UNICEF, WaterAid, ActionAid, Action for Children and Friends of the Earth.

Prior to advertising, Gill was a Research Manager who published social needs/BME research on behalf of charities and local authorities and also worked in housing.

Key skills: Fundraising strategy and communications, integrated creative development and media planning. Diplomacy, infrequent running  and inappropriate footwear.

Matt Fisher

With three years experience Matt joined Them from Northumbria University coming strongly recommended by his tutors. Matt has experience in both creating brands and working with established brands like the British Heart Foundation, London Festival of Theatre and Rankin. The BHF have recently submitted some of Matt's work for awards. His attention to detail is second to none.

Key skills: Art Direction, Branding, Ambient media, advertising. Dry humour, and we are yet to a find a hill that Matt cannot climb on a bike.

Sarah Nicholson

Sarah has been with Them for three years, appointed on the strength of her degree show. She has the ability to create incredible and unexpected work from the most simple of briefs. Sarah enters every project with a passion and enthusiasm that seems impossible to dampen. Sarah has experience in design for retail and editorial including Bestival programmes and The AOP Image magazine.

Key skills: Typography, Screen printing and editorial. Sarah is fluent in Korean, character cake making and collecting bikinis

Christine Walsh

With 10 years experience in account management across several leading publishing houses, such as IPC and Bauer Media, Christine has implemented and managed successful  promotional campaigns for Britain's biggest selling weekly magazines as well as FHM, Grazia and Heat in the UK and Europe.

Christine is also our in-house photographer who specialises in portraits, her work has been featured in Time Out, I.D, and here on our lovely website.

Key skills: Budget and process management, photography and art direction. Christine recently launched her DJ career in Hoxton Square (Having her first mixing lesson on the week of her first live performance. Brave.)

Tristan Ader

Tristan has worked on website and related technology for the last 10 years, delivering web development projects for bluechip clients such as ICAP, ING bank and AXA insurance. Heading up localised and remote development teams, Tristan has vast experience bringing large scale web projects to live stage and beyond as well as getting hands on building his front end html & xhtml templates into development teams back end code.

Tristan and Lee have developed their own Cloud based Saas CMS called VOITCMS to support the growing demand for an effective and easy to use CMS platform that was intuitive. This now has an established client base of over 40 websites.

Key skills: Scoping out web projects based on each client's bespoke needs, project management, training clients on CMS, working closely with designers to seemlessly integrate design with the backend build. Known for his quality baking (...well passing his daughter's culinary creations off as his own).

Lee Daffern

Lee is solely responsible for developing and maintaining all of Them’s dynamic websites. He is also responsible for building and maintaining the company’s hosting environment, using multiple Linux servers for DNS, web hosting and a source control system (Bazaar) for the company’s assorted contractors.

He has over 15 years’ experience in designing, developing and maintaining technical solutions - from internal networking and server architectures to government websites handling hundreds of thousands of hits per day.

Key skills: Programming, web build, ensuring secure hosting arrangements are in place and resolving problems when they arise (basically all the stuff the rest of us don't understand!). Plays guitar in the rock band, Black Hawk Down, which last year took second place in the hotly contested 2011 Battle of the Bands. They are available to play at barmitzvahs and childrens parties.
