An honour to work with such a high profile name and indeed university. The Aga Khan Universities are set up in counrties where they are most needed, they identify an issue within a country and begin training people who can solve the issues. Usually this will involve training a core group of nurses or midwives who can then go on to train 20 or 30 more who can then begin working in the field directly reducing infant and mother death in labour. The Universities then go on to identify other requirements of the areas and begin training individuals to an effective solution.
